Discover the inner workings of an orchestra!
Join acclaimed comedian and presenter Sammy J as he guides students through the orchestra, from the role of the conductor to the traditions and rituals that shape every performance. Centred around Benjamin Britten’s The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra, students will explore each section and discover how musicians work together, gaining the confidence to approach live orchestral performances with a deeper understanding of what they hear and see.
